White Mischief

Inspired by the movie White Mischief set in the 1940's, Sideshow designed and printed these mysterious invitations. These square invitations were 2 color letterpress (blind + black) on 220 Crane Lettra Paper and then edged in a mustard yellow. We love the simplicity and style of these vintage inspired invitations.

Martha Stewart Weddings

Several weeks ago, Shira Savada, the real weddings & editorial coordinator for Martha Stewart Weddings Magazine sent us and email asking if we would like to contribute to a special blog series designed to tie-in to their Summer 2010 issue. We were asked to work with an opalescent color palette (peaches, pinks and lavenders). We jumped at the chance. Today our invitation set was featured on their blog, The Brides Guide. Woodlands Wedding Weekend

The weekend materials we developed for the Woodlands Wedding set are some of our favorites to date. Woven palm baskets serve as place cards, bocce balls as table numbers, and fans as programs. All of the weekend items were playful yet sophisticated, a perfect representation of Caroline and Jon.

Woodlands Wedding

We just completed this set for a couple getting married at the Woodlands Inn in Summerville, South Carolina. The bride and groom wanted to continue the simplicity of their save the date to the invite. Gmund Kaschmir paper, stripes and simple type all come together to make this set a Sideshow favorite.

We're thrilled to be included in this months HOW Magazine article "You're Invited" where 14 designers share how paper choice played an important role in their creations for the big day. Featured, was a project we completed last fall for a couple who got married in Keswick Virginia.

Sideshow Press Featured on Graphic-Exchange

We are frequent visitors to Graphic-Exchange, a blog by graphic designer Fabien Barral. He posts work by other designers, photographers and illustrators from all over the world that inspire him.
